An Ogre named Thulgar can be found at #3 on the Endless Paths - Level 3 map. You could kill him if you want, but completing this task means falling in with his request to kill the nearby Ogre Matron and bring back her necklace as proof of the deed. A Clever reply is also possible during the conversation.
The Ogre Matron, named Zolla, can be found at #15. She will be helped out by an Ogre Druid and a few other Ogres. If you win, she'll leave behind Zolla's Tarc.
Bring Zolla's Tarc to Thulgar, and he'll reward you with Rundl's Finery and leave. This event marks the conclusion of the task.
