Your third job for Bodhi is to kill Aran Linvail, the leader of the Shadow Thieves in Athkatla. Problem is, he is somewhere in a hidden area in the Shadow Thief Guildhall. But perhaps your old friend Gaelan Bayle could be "persuaded" to "lend" you the key.
By the way, one of Bodhi's spies, a man named Tizzak, was recently caught by the Shadow Thieves. If you can rescue him, he may have information on how you can get to Aran Linvail.
You arrive at 7 on the floor below where another group of Shadow Thieves are waiting. Kill them.
Approach the prison door at 11. Tizzak speaks to you from inside. If you can release him, he will offer you help on finding Aran Linvail.
Go to 12 and kill Booter the torturer. Loot his body for the prison key.
Now go back to 11 and open the door. Tizzak thanks you for freeing him and tells you that to get to Aran Linvail's inner sanctum, you need to open to magically sealed doors. The first can be opened by pressing a certain red button which you will find at the end of a trapped corridor to the north (it is at 18). The second door is at 27 and can only be opened with a key that is in the possession of one of Aran's most trusted servants, a wizard named Haz. You can find Haz at 22.
Continue through the door to the northwest towards the rooms at 13 and 14. Kill everyone there.
Enter the room at 15 with caution and make sure to search the floor for traps. There are two Maze traps to be found and disarmed.
A group of Shadow Thieves led by a Fighter named Dedral will teleport in while you are here. A tough battle, especially if some of your party members are Mazed and can't help.
Continue through the corridor to the northeast, and beware the traps in the floor at 16 and the Fireball trap at 17.
Send a party member with hit points to spare across the rolling bridge and press the button at 18. You can now open the door at 20.
However, go back to the room at 15 and continue down the southeast corridor. Look out for a Lightning Bolt trap and a band of Orcs at 19.
Pass the room at 20 and continue northeast, and make sure to watch out for more floor traps at 21.
Before entering the room at 22, you may want to kill the Priest of the Mask at 23. The less distractions while you're fighting Haz, the better.
Now go back to the hidden door at 8 and open it. Continue down the corridor, watching out for the floor trap at 25.
Kill the Air Elemental at 26.
Continue to the door at 27. Before opening it, prepare for a hard battle. Protection from Fear and a Haste spell can make the difference between a clean kill and having to reload.
Now open the door to find Aran Linvail. After a short discussion, he and his companions (Shadow Thieves and Priests of the Mask) attack. Kill them all.
Once Aran is dead, loot the bodies and the various containers.
Go back to the Graveyard District, enter the Lower Tombs, and speak to Bodhi for one last time. Each party member receives 50,000 XP, Bodhi takes you to your ship, and after some dialogue Chapter 4 begins.
