Rinatto will be at #21 on the Hearthsong map. He feels he was taken on a purchase for herbs that turned out to be useless by somebody named Alarhi, and he would like you to procure the refund for him.
The entrance to the Market is at #10 on the Hearthsong map. Alarhi will normally be at #10 on the map of the Market. She will no longer be here once the task has started.
Although not strictly necessary, you can ask her assistant, Iwen, concerning her whereabouts. Iwen will give vague descriptions of where Alarhi's house is.
The entrance to Alarhi's house is at #11 on the Hearthsong map. There are multiple ways to go about things.
You can make a check based on having 4 points of positive reputation with Twin Elms (i.e. Champion level) or 10 skill ranks in Lore to persaude her to willingly give you Rinatto's Money. These dialogue options will appear after hearing her side of the story. Bring the money back to Rinatto will lead to a resolution of the task, and Rinatto relocating to #5 in the Celestial Sapling where he will expland his inventory to include high-level traps. You will also get the Tiny Beetle as a pet option, and earn moderate negative reputation with Twin Elms if you resolve the task in this way.
You could also play the hard line and insist that she give you the money. That leads to her and her bodyguards attacking her. She herself is a Druid, while her minions include a Cipher and several Barbarians. The loot includes:
Otherwise, the task resolves in the same way as the previous option, as it concerns Rinatto, the Tiny Beetle pet, and the earning of moderate negative reputation with Twin Elms.
The third option is to fall in with her request to deliver a warning to Rinatto to leave Twin Elms or else face more severe repercussions. She will give you Alarhi's Wooden Cage to this end.
There is likewise more than one way to deal with Rinatto should you choose to side with Alarhi. One course is to show him Alarhi's Wooden Cage, whereupon a few options become available:
A Dexterity check of 15 that increases Benevolent disposition.
A Constitution check of 13 that increases Stoic disposition.
A Resolve check of 15 that increases Aggressive disposition.
Return to Alarhi for 1,200cp and a moderate gain of positive reputation with Twin Elms. You also gain the Tiny Beetle as a possible pet.
Another branch of possibilities open up if you use the Deceptive dialogue option at the outset. That in turn opens up other possibilities. A Might check of 18 that increases Aggressive disposition, or an option that increases Diplomatic disposition, will convince him to leave willingly. The other options lead back to him trying to attack you, as if you had given him Alarhi's Wooden Cage. If you do convince Rinatto to leave Twin Elms, he and several servants of his will attack you at #13 on the Elmshore map.
