These bounties will be offered by Tealdor, who's at #21 in Stalwart Village. You must complete these two bounties from his first batch before taking on these bounties.

Firedorn

FiredornOne bounty is against a Druid named Firedorn. He will be at #19 in the Longwatch Falls. He leads the Disciples of the True Flame that include Barbarians, Druids, a couple of Priests, and a couple of Adragans.

Some of the loot includes:

Tealdor will reward you with 4,000cp when you bring him Firedorn's Head.

Laenric

LaenricAnother bounty is against a Wizard namd Laenric. He will be at #13 in the Russetwood. He leads the Old Dunryd Lodge that includes a few Ciphers, a couple of Bodyguards, and several more Wizards.
