THE CITY GATE MERCHANT

Location: This merchant appears outside the Crooked Crane Inn at 4 in the City Gate District of Athkatla. He only appears once, one of the first times you travel through the City Gate District. When you see him, he is being threatened by a thug. If you intervene on his behalf, the thug will slink off and you get ONE chance to buy from his shop. When you close the shop window, the merchant disappears.
