At 13 in Saradush a group of elves are being harassed by Gromnir Il-Khan's soldiers. Speak to the soldiers and chase them off, then speak to the elves and to learn that they need refuge somewhere. Promise to help.
Go to the Temple of Waukeen and speak to Sister Fariella at 2. She promises to offer the elves refuge in the temple.
Go back to the elves and give them the happy news. Each party member gets 3,000 XP and the party gains a reputation point.
