Enchantment: Superb. Whistling Bolts: Distracted (-5 Perception, Flanked) for 4 sec on Critical Hit. Multi-Shot: Shoots three bolts instead of one, but each has reduced Damage (7-10 Piercing) and Penetration (-2). Howling Bolts (exclusive from Soothing Bolts)
Effect(s): Upgrades Whistling Bolts so that it inflicts Disoriented (-5 Perception, Flanked, +50% Recovery Time) instead of Distracted.
