Here is where you’ll find the Vault Keeper. If you took on Zoab’s or Sey’ryu’s mission before coming to Rammaq’s aid, she will have had the Tome spirited away. If you took on Rammaq’s mission first, she will have the Tome of Katai with her. You have the option of letting her steal away with it, or killing her for it. If you do kill her, you’ll also be able to loot a Morningstar +5 off her corpse.
