Shadow Theater

Shadow Theater Map

  1. Shadow portal leading back to the Veil Theater on the Prime Material Plane.

  2. Here you’ll have to fight a Red Wizard and an Erinyes. Try to kill the Red Wizard as quickly as you can because he likes to summon lots of conjured creatures. If he goes, so do they. He’ll leave behind Red Wizard Robes. There are also spell scrolls lying around at various points in this room. A chest yields a Wand of Summoning.

  3. Here you’ll find an operating table. Touch it and you’ll experience fragments of past memories, perhaps your own but buried deep in your subconscious, of events leading up to your present condition. You’ll need to make a modest Constitution check to endure the full length of the dream, for which you get 250xp.

  4. Here is a chest that holds Boots of Hardiness +3.

  5. Here is where you’ll confront a Red Wizard named Khai Khmun, along with another Red Wizard and two Erinyes. He and Safiya had a certain relationship and not a good one apparently. It boils down to combat.Try to take out the two wizards quickly with something along the lines of Finger of Death or Wail of the Banshee, because they can inflict pretty severe damage with their spells. Both wizards leave behind Red Wizard Robes. Khai leaves behind the Belt of Raumather, while his cohort leaves behind a Quarterstaff +3.
