CASSANDRA, F HOBBIT ROGUE

Cassandra

Starting Attributes: Strength 7 Dexterity 18 Constitution 12 Intelligence 12 Luck 10

The Rogue is included because, once her skills get high enough, she automatically takes care of any chests and its traps for the party.

Aside from that, there's more than one way to play the Rogue. The style that I have during the first game is to keep her in the backrow. From there she goes into Hiding, multiple times if needed to reach a more distant target, kill her target instantly with a Critical Hit, and repeat over the course of a battle. I play her this way because the Hunter, at least during the first game, can safely occupy one of the first four slots as a front-line killer who can instantly kill enemies in melee combat.

I make a transition to the second game, whereby I'll have the Hunter in the backrow as a long-range sniper and shift the Rogue to the fourth position. She can always go into Hiding at the very start of any combat round, before any of the monsters can even touch her. She can then perform a Critical Hit on one of the monsters, but they won't be able to react to her until until the next round. But then she can just go into Hiding at the start of the next round, and repeat the process until the battle is over. This cycle allows her to become untouchable on the front-lines, without even having to worry about her AC. But it will have to wait until the second game.

Inventory

Weapon: Thief's Dagger
Shield: Luckshield
Helm: Adamant Helm
Armor: Adamant Bracers
Misc. Item: Elf Cloak
Gloves: Leather Gloves
Ring: Shield Ring
Boots: Speedboots

No matter how good her Hide in Shadows skill is, there will always be a small chance that the enemies will notice her and she will not have gone into Hiding. And if she's one of the first four party members, she can end up exposed. An item that provides a bonus to Hide in Shadows eliminates that small chance, and will 100% guarantee she can go into Hiding at the start of every combat round.
