So, what to do now that you have achieved Godhood, or at least been offered it? Apart from the obvious, of going through the game again and trying to discover some of the stuff you missed the first time around, you could also try on a higher difficulty setting, with a different party setup, or with constrictions placed upon yourself (for example, drawing lots to decide which NPCs you must have in your party).

Or you could try some of the excellent mods that are available from Sorcerer's Place and other web sites. At the time of writing it has been almost ten years since the release of Throne of Bhaal and the game still boasts a large fan base as well as a thriving modding community.
