    [​IMG] I got lucky in I didn't whine/cry much as a child and my mother was into rock :D

    Now I've grown into the music my mother used to listen to and she's moved on to club anthems and poppy stuff.

    Currently listened to Disturbed albums on the train, Ten Thousand Fists and Down With the Sickness mainly. Some bonus tracks off the custom album as well.

    You lucky people, my dad is into Evanescence and Within Temptation.... :(

    Have been listening a lot to the Brandenburg Concertos today (but that probably is not an album.) I just love the part at the end of the second concert where the violones kick in.

    Grateful Dead - Road Trips: 12/28/79 at the Oakland Auditorium Arena. I just got it yesterday, with the limited edition bonus disc that includes one set from the 12/30 performance as well, and remastered in HDCD. Vintage stuff! :thumb:

    While at work today, I've been listening to Jackie Martling's Hotdogs and Donuts cd. Also His "F Jackie" cd, which is live at The Comedy Place in Andover, Massachusetts back in 2000. Great stuff. Of course, I'm listening to them thru my old Nintendo Gameboy Headphones ran up the arm of my shirt and to my ear.

    Grateful Dead - Road Trips: Vol.4 No.2 - 11/15/1971, Austin, Texas ***** (five out of five stars)

    I just received it yesterday, along with the much coveted, limited edition bonus disc, which has one set recorded from the performance at TCU, in Fort Worth, on the previous day. The bonus disc is just awesome and worth fighting for if you can shake it out of Deadnet (I called them twice), along with the regular two disc set. Excellent HDCD sound for a 40-year old, live recording. Outstanding versions of "China Cat Sunflower," > "I know you Rider," and "Not Fade Away" > "Jam" > "Going Down the Road Feeling Bad" > "Not Fade Away."
