Reloaded and Revolutions - Not because they were utterly pathetic and overall bad, but because they disappointed, which is the worst thing a movie can ever do.

Aik, I almost agree on Revolutions... *shudder*

I think I must go with Mortal COmbat: Annhillation. It's so goddmned utterly bad that I wonder how the HELL II vccould have enjoyed it when I saw it for the first time?

Directed by Terry Gilliam? With Sean Connery as Agamemnon? Plus a bunch of dwarfs travelling through spacetime? That's a good movie, isn't it?
I've not seen number two, but the first Ace Ventura movie was rather good. The plot reminded me of an old Lucasarts point-and-click adventure. And it made me laugh.
    It's that Christopher Lambert again.

Let me see. Both of the Lord of the rings, both Harry Potter movies, and pretty much any movie ever based on a book I have read or a game I have played.

For example, in LotR, did Arwen really need to be there. I mean seriously, in the book, I can't remember her saying anything(or maybe it just wasn't that important). In movies made from books, there is too little detail, too much focus on action scenes, and horrible over acting or non-acting.

For movies based on video games, sketchy plots, more bad acting, basically a cartoon without the enjoyable artwork.

If got a few different ones:

Pearl Harbor: Bad story, worse dialogues. But the actors were the worst part. Even the action sequences got on my nerves. They were too long.

That Kevin&Perry movie. What was the motivation for this piece of ****? I almost refrained of going to the sneak preview after seeing it.

    Oh, an D&D, of course.

[IMG] Thorin, are you actually saying you've SEEN 'Gigli?!?!?!?!?'

I heard it was bad, but I didn't see it...So I couldn't add it to my horrible list. I'm shocked.

A couple of people have chosen this one. I don't know it so please say what it was about and why it was so dreadful.
I've not seen this but I've heard that it makes you cheer for the Japanese.

I actually plan on renting Gigli when it comes out on DVD just to see how bad it really is. I'm sure it's a bad movie, but hype tends to snowball to the point where a little tiny rabbit turd grows into a Mount Everest of dung in short order. I wanna see if it lives up to the legend.

    @ CW

Lambert wasn't in Annihilation, just the first one. Though I always did find a paisty white cajun playing an asian god rather amusing. :shake:

The trainwreck that was "Glitter" can be summed up in one sentance: Mariah Carey's semi-autobiography.

I called Paramount and suggested they market copies of Glitter with little airplane vomit bags as a gimmick.

Still waiting for my call to be returned.

*starts gathering his torture devices for reepnorp*
*but reluctantly puts them down when he hears its a joke*
*creames and charges at Jaguar when he hears his heretic words*
    :p

I'm in for Jim Carrot trashing. Worst actor IMO.

The suckiest movie though... Evil Dead 3: Army of the dead (iirc thats the subtitle).
I mean it is so stupid!
For half a movie i was actualy wondering if i was watching a parody of the same movie. When i discovered it is the real movie, i sincerely apologised to my computer for having to play such a "movie".
    D&D too of course :(

Dude, I hope you meant "screams." Otherwise, that's just plain icky. In fact, the last thing I wanna hear about is you creaming or charging.

    Damn.

I would say that it is worth watching once to marvel at the incredible feat that the director accomplished. It boggles the mind as to how the director was able to film nude scenes with so many women who normally would be considered attractive and manage to make them all look so ugly.

There is this movie-compilation here in the Netherlands and Belgium called 'Nacht van de Wansmaak' (Night of bad taste) which gives a good summary of the worst movies ever made. Parts of multiple movies are shown and it seems to be real fun:

"Breasts as deadly weapons" (Borsten als dodelijke wapens)
    "Kong Fu Gorilla Fighters"
"The incredibly strange creatures who stopped living and became mixed-up zombies"
"Excesses in the torture-dungeons" (Excessen in de folterkelders)
    and more...

Good news for all non-beneluxians: Nacht van de Wansmaak will go on world tour in 2004! :)

Can't you buy hard core pornography in the supermarkets in Sweden? If so, why would you want to watch 'Showgirls' to get your kicks. The average porn movie actually has higher production values I reckon.
