Morrowind. Getting kind of bored. Is there more to this game than hack-and-slash besides the (excellent) story line? The skill-based level system is great, but it does make half the quests no more than giving you something to do (i.e. no reward).

My replay of Dungeon Hack way back on page 2 is over. I found what I had been previously missing in the game by choosing some more exotic multi classes... so I'm over it again for now :)

I don't think I'll start another game... I've taken up reading for the next little while ;)

GUN - I'm getting annoyed with it though, because I can't beat the final boss. I'm gonna give up soon, I think, but I expect I'll come back to it in a month or so, because it's a kick ass game.

BTW, it's a Western style game for the X-Box, it's somewhat freeroaming and really good fun. The horse graphics are absolutely excellent.

Just started replaying Fallout - hope to finish it this time, as my first run-through ended when it kept crashing. However, that was with a computer so crappy that it couldn't run BG, which I suspect was the main problem.

I just picked up Heroes of Might and Magic V. It is pretty much more of the same although the interface isn't as user friendly as in previous games in the series. The supposed big improvement in graphics is really not all that great either but graphics really are not all that important in this sort of game.

Bought The Bard's Tale for the X-box today. I haven't played it much but it's not as good as I heard it would be. The dialogue is quite enjoyable, but the combat is a big bummer - I chopped my way through Champions of Norrath so the novelty has worn off. I hope I get some companions other than this lightning spider thing and a dog ;)

Time will tell though and if the dialogue continues and improves throughout, it may turn out to be a good purchase :)

Yeah, Bard's Tale didn't do too well at gamespot when it came out so I passed on it. Playing Wizardry 8 now. Old game, but very cool.

Replaying Cave Story, what an amazingly fun game, also playing the PS2 version of Ghost Recon 2... I always recalled Ghost Recon to have much more planning then just weapons, I guess they really dumbed down the game an awful lot for the PS2, unfortunatly. Still playing Fallout 2 from time to time, too good to drop.

Battle for Middle Earth II - Very cool game, am on the 6th campaign mission.

Max Payne 2 - Remarkably fun, and my hat off to the amazing story in it. Not too many shooter games has a goodstory.

Keepsake - New adventure games, right up there with the old classics.

Oblivion- Got sort of stuck so I took a break.

Am going to try out Fear and Dreamfall today though. Hope they are good.

Geneforge - is very cool. I think I might buy the full version (and maybe the whole trilogy at once, which should turn out cheaper in the long run). I'm wishing that there was less of a focus on combat, but the awesomeness of the world makes up for it (and by the sounds of things the world's huge...)

Pirates of Treasure Island. It's a matching game basically and you help this pirate and his crew sail, fight and find treasure. Not bad; worth the $8.95 spent.
