Somebody noted to me recently that I haven't been doing a lot of writing lately or art. So I have a few minutes to write in the afternoon on a weekday.

I was probably just taking a creative break - or maybe I'm too involved with the alternative world of Skyrim where most problems can be solved with a bow and arrow and a lot of sneaking and a few health potions. This world on the other hand doesn't have such easy ways out so you can see why I prefer the other one.

Although I think there is something to be learned there. The bow and arrow - find a skill that interests you and work hard on it. Sneaking - you should always watch where you step in real life. Both physically and verbally. And health potions? That pretty straight forward I think. Eat well and take care of yourself if you want to live longer.

I think I will have to give up Skyrim again soon because there really are better things I can be doing with my time.

All things in moderation. Some amount of time spent on Skyrim is undoubtably good for you, else why would you do it and come up with some interesting parallels with real life? Too much time spent of course is a bad thing just like pretty much anything else. :)

Thanks BT, I'm aware of the moderation thing. :p

HA! Because my laundry and dishes won't do themselves and I'm supposed to be an artist - which doesn't happen much when I'm enchanting items and sneak attacking people. Anyway my oldest boy helps me to not play because he's as addicted as I am.
