    Nope, Pepsi is a relative newcomer and Fresca was put out by Coke after Tab. The first actual diet cola was Diet Rite, which came out in the late '50's. The drink I'm referencing was a ginger ale put out in the early '50's.

    Well, I suppose you could make a political thread that leads from the Tehran hostages to our current political mess, and I'm sure we'll be paying for Bush's little war for a long time to come, but I was thinking of something that had a much more immediate and horrific impact. IMO, the "fallout" from this event isn't necessarily bad, and could in many cases be seen as positive.

    Auschwitz was liberated on January 27th as here It's not a date my family is likely to forget especially now it's UK's National Holocaust day. I suppose if I followed my religion more and remembered more of what I learnt in shul I'd have figured it out.
