    - People who take ages to park their car. They can't just park it and be done with it, they always have to move back and forth and back and forth and... until the planets stop turning, all that to get 1 cm closer to the pavement. Gets me mad.

    - Girls with too much perfume. At one point it gets dangerous for the health of bystanders, yet they won't go play tennis without it. Sweat and cheap perfume make a repulsive combination.

    - People who say "what?" although they understood perfectly. They know what you said but they'll say "what" anyway, a reflex, no need to repeat, they'll answer you a second later. Still it gets on my nerves.

    - Some cheap persons who after inviting you to a fancy restaurant to celebrate your birthday/new job/engagement/whatever say loudly "Hey, that's expensive, X € for a bottle of wine" I don't care about the fancy restaurant, don't need it, a pizza is ok, but if you go in that type of restaurant, don't make a scandal when you see the prices.

    - Humanoids listening to the same type of music all the time. I don't mind hear Elvis or Dre or Chopin or Prodigy but not 24 hours a day.

    - Comics that don't smell anything. I grew up with Astérix, Lucky Luke and Gaston. The paper and ink of each of those had a specific smell. But some more recent series smell strictly nothing.

    - Games with crappy default controls. I never, never play a FPS with the default controls config, so it shouldn't affect me. Yet when I see developers who seem to think players have three hands, I get angry.

    - And I have to say that despite my best efforts, I can't think positively about Albanians.

I've thought of a few more...

Peeps. These may only be sold in America, but you know those little yellow processed marshmallow chicks they sell near Easter? Hate those damn things. They're the devil's work.

Pop stars not nearly talented enough to deserve their fame. TaTu, Michelle Branch, Cash Money Allstars, SR71, Third Eye Blind, Lisa Marie Presley, Lil' Kim, Hillery Duff just to name a few. They all give me projectile diahrea. (sp?)

People who don't volunteer. (come on, guys! I only need a few more...)

Celine Dion. I don't know why. I just want to kick her in the face. With a golf shoe. Twice

Pele. This one is certainly irrational. What's not to like about Pele? Bastard.

People who smoke and drive at the same time. Especially when they toss their still lit cigarette out the window, and you see a little explosion of sparks hit the freeway. This is doubly annoying if the offender drives an SUV. It's like, could you possibly pollute any more you white trash dickbrain? Ugh. :toofar:

I only have one that I can think of right now:

People who think that their computers are better because they have games with better graphics.
One of my friends is like this, he thinks his computer is better than everyone elses because he has better games (although, in truth, his computer is better than most, but that doesn't make up for it). I am also acquanted with some that are afflicted with this. I know that they're not technical, but it still pisses me off.

When people pronounce words wrong ... like for example - medicine. Some people pronounce it as medcine and that jizzes me off!

Another great word that annoys me is singing. Some people pronounce the 'g' after the 'sin' as 'ga' so it is effectively 'singaing' and that jizzes me off as well!

Don't know why ... it just does.

Some slang terms do as well

    for example

    "Safe"
    "Safe mush"
    "Aww he's well safe"
    "Wicked"
    "I is the man"
    "You is the man"

And just random babble like that. Don't know why, it just does.

Things that piss me off for no good reason are: Men, commercials, Star Trek, people talking in moives, people kissing in public, homophobes, babies, men, teenage boys, fake bands/singers, did I say men already?

Legolas. (the movie one, not the book!)
People who do fan sites on certain games and uses information from the manual. What's the point in that? Also people who spell the characters' names wrong, but that's not exactly irrational.
People who get ie and eg confused.

EDIT: Although I'll probably get beaten to death for this, I would have to add Ironworks to my list. I don't know why, but I never have the patience to stay on it for more then one day. Maybe it's all the people. Maybe it's the fact that all the topics get washed to the second page in three seconds. I don't know.

@Sniper: "i.e." is short for "id est" and means (roughly) "that is to say." Use it when you want to add a clarifying point. I don't know the Latin for "e.g." (calling Chevalier!) but it means "for example." Use it when you want to present specific citations of a general category - "I like finger-food, e.g., hot dogs."

I agree, bad grammar, spelling, and pronunciation are infuriating.

I can't stand it when teenage boys wear pants that are 47 sizes too large and have the butt hanging down below their knees - how stupid does THAT look?!

I love Peeps. Especially the vanilla-flavored ghosts they make around Halloween. Look here. They're just happiness in a box.

To be more spesific: I hate just about everything Eze listed, as well as preppies...

I am also pissed off irrationally by bad writing. Or even good writing if too cliched.

People kissing in public? How can you hate that? PDA (Public Displays of Affection) is a cornerstone of society.

    I hate:
    Long lines
    Slow drivers
    Law school loans
    Whoever canceled Farscape
    Dallas Cowboys
    New Jersey Devils
    Telemarketers
    Political Correctness in any form
People that hate Americans for no other reason than we are American
    The Designated Hitter
    tollbooths (Thank God for EZ-Pass!!!)
Lawyers (other than me of course)
    Police Officers
    The Patriot Act
    The Patriot II Act
    Millionaires that win the Powerball
    Taxes

I thought "ergo" was "therefore," e.g., Cogito, ergo sum?

Actually, ergo means 'therefore'. (Edit - oops, Rally beat me to it)
e.g. comes from the latin 'exempli gratia'. And no, I didn't know that; I had to look it up on Merriam Webster On-Line.

One thing I hate for no good reason is topics going off-topic like I'm doing here.

'Ergo' means 'therefore' and sometimes 'so'. The difference is slight, but sometimes it's quite important.

I'm praying for your soul as we speak, Rally. The devil just wants you to THINK Peeps are happiness in a box. Really, when you think about it, it's just the perfect cover now isn't it?

    Peeps must be STOPPED!
