    [​IMG]Strategy Informer has a preview of The Witcher 2:

    Hands down, if The Witcher 2 wins no other award this year it certainly stands out as being the best looking RPG available. Characters are incredibly detailed, forests are lush and overgrown, rain punishes the ground, and that castle siege at the start had me just standing admiring it for a few minutes. Seeing the huge trebuchets properly in motion, launching rocks that smash into the castle's walls from a good distance, is utterly awe-inspiring. And that's only after ten minutes of game time!​
    Over at Rock, Paper, Shotgun, there's a five minute video that shows off some early sections from the preview code that press sites are playing with.

    The official site has also added a combat overview and environments slideshow.

    Really stoked about this game as well. Pre-ordered from GOG so I can begin downloading most of the game on May 10 :). Dragon Age 2 was just to pass time until The Witcher 2 comes out :p.

    Speaking of pre-ordering from GOG. I used the link at the top of the forum, but seing as I won't actually pay untill May 10, will SP still get a comission?

    Hmmm, don't have any saves from The Witcher anymore, think I better go play it!

    That's why I put the disclaimer that if it wasn't "the" intended video, it was at least a Witcher 2 related video on the specified website. It's the first one that happened to display from a Google search.

    At any rate, thanks for fixing the link. Now I'll go watch the more recent video.

    It looks pretty sweet. I'm not sure if I'll pick it up or not. While I enjoyed what I played of the first one, I don't think I made it even half way through before I lost interest. I greatly prefer party based games over action based games where it's all about how I move my mouse.

    The English voice acting certainly sounds better, but there is still something, I don't know, a little bit off about it.
