"I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship" - the Black Cat, White Cat version
"The Bulgarians have a saying: what can't be bought with money can be bought with A LOT of money" - Black Cat, White Cat again (classics)
"We said: no women, no children. Who do you think that's going to kill, monkeys and hamsters?" - Leon the Professional
"Reminders of British hospitality" - The Jackal

The following ones are not from movies, but rather from anime series. Still, I felt compelled to include them:
"Are you going to bite me next?" - Hellsing (NOT Van Hellsing)
"Don't go drinking people's blood without thinking" - the same
"A man and a woman? It will never work out" - Vandread
"Are you prepared to be cute until the very end?" - Excel Saga

"Finish him." From Mortal Kombat is a pretty good one.

Less catch-phrasy, except amongst those who have seen Team America at my school: "Matt Damon."

OMG, I forgot to say that one, I use it all the time :D

But amending what I was about to post after Harbourboy's correction, I can only think of 1 at the moment:

    "Nobody. calls. me. chicken."

Michael J Fox from the Back to the Future films :D

    Talking about Matt Damon...

'How do you like thém apples'

or in the Jay and Silent Bob adaption:
How do YOU like them apples. And also not in the top 10: 'How would you like a chocalate-covered pretzel?'

From Kill Bill: 'Charly Brown, beat it...'

Sure hope no one mentioned them, but then again, they're not top 10 material...

"I think this is the beginning of beautiful friendship." was originally from Casablanca (a much imitated line...).

"You do know how to whistle, don't you? You just pucker your lips and blow." Lauren Bacall

Just about everything from Animal House:
"Let's see if you can guess what I am now?"
"Did the American's give up when the German's bombed Pearl Harbor?"
"You f***** up, you trusted us."
"Mind if we dance wit' yo' dates?"

My favorite come on line from a movie:
"I want you ... bad." Bull Durham

    "Rosebud..." Citizen Kane

"You mean I'll always be this color?!?!" The Jerk

"Next time someone asks if you're a god, SAY YES." Ghostbusters

"My mother always told me, 'To be successful in life you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant. I tried the former, I prefer the latter." Harvey

    "MOTHER!" Psycho

"Just like a man, seven quickies and you're off with the boys." Young Frankenstein

Errr... so, it was originally from a book, but in any case "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn" is most definitely one :D

FUBAR was actually a much used phrase by American paratroopers I think I recall. I think it caught on from there, and it's use in the film is quite an interesting idea.

"For the memory of a lifetime: Recall, Recall, Recall."

It's been many years and I still have that damned jingle buzzing round my head. Whoever made it sure knew their jingle stuff.
