    My bs "assumption" is this -- anarchy sure sounds good, but it is predicated on the idea that people will just leave others alone to do as they wish. Several thousands of years of history has shown us that no matter how much someone wishes to believe that if they don't bother others, others won't bother them, someone will eventually start bothering his neighbours and enslaving them. The best we can do is strive to work together, create a society with some basic rules, and try to protect each other from those who would impose brutal rules upon us.
