His feet. Krusty had small feet. The impostor Krusty (Sideshow Bob) had huge ones.

What is the occupation of Krusty's father?

A Rabbi; he was estranged from Krusty because he (the father) disapproved of his son's profession.

What male sings with a beautiful woman's voice?

Ned Flanders has a high-pitched scream that sounds like a woman. But I have no idea if he sings like that (on a side note, Bart's voice is taht of a woman).

Who had an affair?

Homer (sorta), Ned (sorta), Marge (almost), Apu.
