    Okay; let's be methodical:

    the riddle is 'found all over tibet', and is:
    Now we've confirmed that the answer is some type of fruit; which technically is just the seed-bearing part of a plant (squash, tomatos, peppers are all fruits, as well as pinecones, nuts and grains - dry fruit).

    But what would Tibetans know of oceanic coral? This must be the color coral, or a pink. So then the fruit itself is pink.

    And we've also confirmed that the second half of the clue refers to yellow seeds.

    And, just to narrow things down - we've been informed that this is NOT something you'd likely want in a fruit salad. So that rules out most of our guesses...

    So, what fruit is pink, with yellow seeds, and likely inedible?

    /me calls out "Is there a botanist in the house?!?"

    Oh, and remember: this riddle is from Tibet; if you are from (or frequent) that locale - HELLLLLLPPPPP!!! ;)
