    OK, how about this one - possibly too hard, but there's a hint with the name being used.

    The wizard killed Suna in such an offhand fashion ... he cared not a spit for her life. Doesn’t he deserve to suffer for it?

    Actually that's a banter between 2 NPC's so it technically doesn't count as a fair quote. By quote I assume you mean you actually have to hear the voice of the person say it during the game - not just text.

    How about this: Exactly what I am looking for.

    I'm asuming that your first quote is probably Valygar, with his hatred of mages and magic, but that's me just taking a really good guess.

    As to your second one, I think that it's Mae'var. Could be wrong though.

    I do believe DarkGoddess got both of them correct.

    Aldeth: Your first quote. Is it really in the game? I stumbled across it with the BG2 TLK Editor, but I highly doubt it's actually in the game, since all Suna Seni does is give you a nifty Arbane Short Sword+2. However, I do know that as one of Valygar's quests, which was probably cut along with the Haer'Dalis quest and the somebody stealing Boo quest, you encounter his old girlfriend Suna. That banter was between Cernd and Valygar, I believe.

    And the second quote is really "Edwin has been telling me you are, at the very least, compotent. Fairly good at the sneaksman's trade, but a little ham-fisted when you fight. Exactly what I'm looking for.", right?
