    Yeah, I know what the original quote was. Chrurchill is definitely my favorite politician, past or present (and I hate politics) ;)

    I guess some clues are needed, so here they are:

    It's an early 90's action film.
    It was uttered by the star of the movie, who was an action star in the late 1980s - early 1990s and has produced some pretty recent films (but they sucked :( )

    I can't say whether it was a B movie or not because I loved it when I saw it ;) I know these are vague hints, but I'm prepared to give you guys a bit of time to guess because once I give you the next hint, the great white shark (JSBB :p ) or somebody else is gonna snap it right up.
