    It doesn't ring any bells for me at least.

    As for your question about Toxic Crusaders - I believe that it was a cartoon that was based upon the Toxic Avenger films. I have never seen any of the cartoons but I rather imagine that they excluded the rampant gore and nudity found in the film.

    Edit: I checked the web and it appears that the cartoon was in fact a kid friendly version that premiered in January 1991 - and was cancelled in, you guessed it, January 1991.

    Yeah, Vukodlak got my quote. The quote listed on IMDB only goes up to "We be" but I watched in on DVD to check the last little bit.

    For some reason the only thing that is popping into my mind is from a really poor, ultra cheesy, low budget film that was later made into an almost unbelievably cheesy low budget t.v. series. Oh well, here it is and consider yourselves given your first hint in advance.
