    @Vukodlak I was thinking of the paody in Scary Movie 3 and Michael Jackson but HB said both so it doesn't really matter.

    It is from a 1930 comedy. The blackmailee is a high society snob who is being blackmailed after the blackmailers realize that he used to be a humble fishmonger.
