I saw the first half of that movie a couple years ago. I had a super mega fight with my girlfriend, so I never saw the end...

That was actually a pretty good movie.

I watched Gone Baby Gone last night. Excellent film IMO.

The theatrical version or the Director's Cut version? They have different endings. :)

    I saw The Director's Cut. :)

Looks like the 2 versions is very different, when I read about the movie on Imdb and Wikipedia.

Yeah. Oh my go, when I watched that movie, I really thought his daughter was 12 or something. But it turns out Alison Lohman was around 24 at that time. That was some really impressive acting.

I thought Butterfly Effect was an awesome movie. I saw the thatrical release version. I heard the director's cut alternate ending wasn't as good though?

Saw Red Dragon. Not Silence of the Lambs but still quite good. Anthony Hopkins' Hannibal Lecter has got to be the most badass movie villain of all time. Darth Vader has nothing on him.

"If you'll recall, Will, our last collaboration ended rather... messily."

Also saw Year One which apart from a couple of parts that were worth a chuckle, wasn't very funny.

Yeah, it takes some to pull that off. And when she shows up in the end and reveal it's been a ruse, wow.

Enagonios, The Butterfly Effect Director's Cut end is not a happy ending for the main char, but personally I really like that end.

Red Dragon is good, and yeah, Hannibal Lector is one of the scariest antagonists I ever seen.

Personally I like the former version Manhunter too. From the time where William Petersen was actually slim. :D

Saw Gangs of New York again yesterday.

[IMG] Speaking of Daniel Day Lewis, I watched The Last of the Mohicans again this weekend. Always worth watching.

Totally. I loved his performance in The Age of Innocence and I'm certainly not a fan of Edith Wharton.

IMO his performance as Bill the Butcher is the only reason to watch Gangs of New York over and over again.

    Schindler's List.

Great movie, but it just makes me depressed when I watch stuff like this and Hotel Rwanda.

    Rosemary's Baby.

Book is better, but the movie pretty faithfully follows the book (no pun intended). Although, at the end when
    THEY DIDN'T REVEAL THE BABY!!!!
    , I was pretty pissed.

    Inglorious Basterds - Awesome movie!
Team America: World Police - One of my all time favorites
Up - We saw it in 3D at the theater, and it's just not as cool on DVD. :bad:
    Glory - Classic war movie
