    I'll start setting up the accounts, databases and all that tonight. First of all, I need to know all of this (yes, all of it):
    • What name you want for your subdomain. It will be www.[something].jayhills.co.uk, but you can obviously get a .tk or a .com to point to this.
    • This will also be your FTP account (whereby you upload stuff via the FTP program). [Something]@jayhills.co.uk.
    • I need to know if I should set up 1 FTP account for anyone who needs to upload things, or 1 Each for the uploaders. 1 for Velve, 1 for Aik (etc etc).
    • What the Username(s) and Password(s) for these should be. Send these via PM when you have decided how many you need.
    • How many MB's of space you need. (Need not be exact, can be changed later).
    • If you want e-mail adresses or not. These would be in the format of: yourname@[something].jayhills.co.uk. Nothing can be helped as to the address, sorry.
    Ok, that's the most important stuff to set up first of all. Now, if there's anything I missed, please let me know. Also, knowing these things sooner rather than later is always good:
    • Any special scripts you need? Apart from a Forum, is there anything else? Chatroom? Whatever.
    • Who should be Administrators/Moderators in the Forum. Also:
      1) If you want me to sort out all the forum admin/creation stuff, get it all ready for you guys to use, or
      2) If you just want me to make one other Administrator who does all that.
      Also:
    • Do you need me to create the site, or I take it you "organisers" want to do that? I'll happily do that for free, but a donation would be... er... appreciated :) (But not expected :D )
    That's it. If someone would like to give me all that info here in the topic for discussion/decision and PM me the Usernames and Passwords of FTP's and Forum Admins afterwards.

    But generally I agree with the changes, although some have a bit to be desired.
