Ah hah, see, theres some sense in these forums :D

I used to cheat ALL the time when i was like 7 yrs old or something, then after a while I realized how totally crappy the games became, so I stopped.

I don't know about you guys, but I won't even use a single cheat in my games, even a little cheat makes everything seem not fun anymore.

Cheating is not a henious crime, punishable by death, but if you don't buy fake games, you really are wasting quite a bit of your money when you cheat. Well enough moaning for now :D

Agreed! And killsword is the biggest cheat of all, ahem...but after CTRL-Y...of course.

[IMG] Firestorm: Technically, the imprisonment spell (abjuration) protects you. The problem is that it protects you *somewhere else*.

Xyclos: I used to have lot of time when I was in high-school/mid-high. Dragon Warrior1-4, and Final Fantasy, and the like.

I've found that I can cheat like heck, but still enjoy a game. So if I only get 2 hours a week to play games, it's not only productive (heh), but enjoyable. I don't reload over and over again to get past a part of the game, nor do I spend hours trying to level up.

Bottom line: Games are meant to be fun. Have fun in your own way, and let other people have fun in theirs...

Sure we do. But cheating ruins fun, at least usually. I play Final Fantasy too, but I've never had the opportunity to cheat on it.... I don't own a gameshark.

BUT, bottom line: you often have trouble with a game. If you were to use cheating to get over your troubles, instead of trying again with a different strategy, you WILL feel quite disappointed. It doesn't pay to give up, or to cheat....

    Tiamat: <whisper> Games aren't 'real-life'. 'Real-life' isn't a game...</whisper>

Well, I'm off to crush my enemies with the KillSword and Crom Fayer (dual-wield). Wish me luck!

[IMG] hmm, I remember that I tried out the killsword one day, quite a while ago, in a test game in irenicus' dungeon. I can't remember clearly for I must have fallen asleep over it ...... :hmm:
