All right, first let me give the complete quote. That should narrow it down a bit.

"Look at that! They've completely failed to capture the austere sincerity of my chins! My tusks look as if they're borrowed from an elephant!"

    No, sorry.

Okay, a few more hints: This rather offbeat game was a hybrid shooter/platformer, sort of like Conker, right up to staring animals. The characters included Rufus, Juliette, Chang, Rico, Bungalow, and Tweek.

It was a cool game that sadly never saw the sequal it so richly deserved.

    Nope, sorry.

The plot of the game revolved around the main characters rescuing their families who had been kidnapped by the villain to keep them from stopping his plans for world domination.

    Sorry, no.

The basic gameplay involved using each character's unique abilities, like flying, digging, climbing, etc to reach the kidnapped babies. Once you reached them as the appropriate parent,m you strapped a jetpack to them and they flew off.

The game was released on the Dreamcast, PC, and a redone version on PS2.

Well, the game was Fur Fighters, and :nono: shame on you for not playing such an excellant (and funny) game.

Anyway, it hardly seems fair to monoplize this for so long, so next turn's up for grabs.

    Nope.

Ok. Here's some hints: The two guys talking are mobsters and the game is a sequal. The name of the game is the same as the main character.
