    The game was released in the 1990s
    (like that was a good tip)

    Hmmm... Four minor tips... And one major
    OK, so:
    -- the setting had been guessed already;
    -- the genre had been guessed already;
    -- the company that made the game had been guessed already;
    -- all were in separate posts (this IS an important tip, albeit minor -- think of it as in a game of MasterMind, where you guess four marbles, and get three white marbles as an answer).
    Now for the major tip... Hmmm, let's see... OK, here goes:
    -- it is a dialogue between a man and a woman, and it is a briefing before one of the final missions.

    I'll be more specific in the next tipping series.

    PS: It's unbelieveable how close one of you was... Now, I'm not telling who ;)

    PPS: I've noticed that now. Eric Xanthus: the game in question never had any movie adaptation. It was made in the early 90s (ok, so that's another tip), when games didn't end up as movies, more likely vice-versa.
