[IMG] Ive been soloing with a half-elven Fighter/mage/thief for a fair while, and I have proficiencies in Katana, Long bow, scimitar (for wakizashi) Quarterstaff (I needed something basic. And I have proficiencies in single weapons, two handed and dual weaponry.

Anyway, as I only have two quick weapon slots, I really only use Katana and long bow. My Katana is the celestial fury, and my bow is the Heartseeker.

I am now on the expansion, and as ive completed it before, so I know what I may be up against. So I have decided to look for a better Katana, prefereably something like +4, +5, but a +3 with the capability to upgrade would be fine.

Any suggestions? Locations and componants for the upgrade would be nice.
    Thanks.

The only other "good" katana is Hindo's doom +3 who can be upgraded to +4.

Thats about the only good katana in the expansion(the only +4 one i beleive).Thats why I say don't just specalize in katanas it might be good to keep your options open.Especally if you fight something that take a +4 or better to hit but hey you always can cast black blade of disaster and duel weild that with the hindo(nice combo for fighters a big meany!)

    ~Edit~
Then again you could always just be a single weapon style kind of guy but is the AC bonus worth it in the end?Now thats a long story......

You get hit often? Try using Stoneskin, or for short, tougher fighter, Protection from Magical Weapons.
