Subrace Mod Problems

    I recently downloaded the subrace mod and I'm having issues with it. First off, since installing it, the beginning cutscene has ran as if I had Chapter 1&2 shorter cutscenes installed, as per the Ease Of Use mod. I checked to see if that component was installed and it wasn't. I even installed then uninstalled it to be sure. Still happens. Secondly, I can't get Imoen to come let me out of my cage. I have to hit "H" to bring up the panels then Ctrl+J myself with the console to where she is and talk to her myself. And finally, I can't get Jasper St. Bard to appear so I can skip this lame first dungeon. Does anyone know of any compatibility issues with the Subrace mod? I currently have the following mods installed.

    -Ease of Use
    -Tactics
    -Item Upgrade
    -Subrace
    -Imoen Romance
    -DungeonBeGone

    Any and all help is appreciated, as always.

    Just to add another to that list, I tried playing a Drow, but at level up I became a normal Elf again and lost everything.

    As far as I can see, the only mod that could be causing problems is the Imoen Romance, since it's not WeiDU (last I checked, anyway).

    Funny, I thought TeamBG would never host a WeiDU mod out of principle... Guess that's why I thought it wasn't... Thanks for the correction.

    TeamBG has been supporting WeiDU mods for some time now, although you are correct that most of their hosted mods are still not WeiDU.

    I'm willing to bet that whichever Subrace mod you're using overwrote a couple scripts instead of patching them and this is what is causing your problems.

    I have never used that mod -- I like Chateau Irenicus. With Tactics and Improved Ilyich, it's much harder than many of the other encounters in the game, especially since you are so wimpy.
