I know how to do it, but I wouldn't recommend it. You could always go into the game files with a hex editor and modify the game so that your computer is reporting incorrect information to the server. This will result in your character having artificially modified stats, since the calculations on done on your machine, then transmitted to the server. This will still result in having a "legal" character, since you didn't use normal means to edit the stats.

If you mean already existing server-vault characters, if it's your server, do it the same way as above. If it's a friend's server (which many of the people prolly are), gaining access is once again, pretty easy.

Most people who have to do this, do it the first way, but if you don't know what you're doing, you could mess up your game pretty badly.

Note that doing this sort of thing tends to get you banned, which is why you shouldn't do it, imo.
