"Your solution is based on Animate Undead as the cornerstone. But Transmuter cant learn Animate Undead (as well as some school that forbid Necromancy)"

Yes this is true. Maybe can do with some conjuration school summons like fire elemental (if that can deal damage to monks). But yes my method needs: haste, mirror image, and animate dead.

"And Animate Dead is waaaay underpowered in this scenario." This depends on how dilute your caster level. If you can summon Zombie Lord they are very resistant to bludgeoning damage and fire. Boneguard deals a lot of damage and has a lot of hit points and maybe a small fire resistance? Anyhow they aren't underpowered unless your multi classing out the caster level a lot.

"It's not that I dont like Haste but the freaking monks are freaking fast and arcane caster need time to cast. II is better than Haste." Yes but haste is faster movement than monks. I didn't find it difficult you have to remember that you need to wait for a new round to start. The game isn't totally real time but also based on rounds. And look what spells casting time is.

Interesting idea with Otiluke's. I also like and mention fire shield blue. Good idea with melfs meteor.
