About travel sickness: So does cowdy. At least, it works for me... as long as we drive through the rural counties, like in France. Pretty weird.
I didn't mean to say that I like the smell of cowdy o/c.

My father has a very bad health. Some nasty problems with his lungs and heart. Smoking would be devastating. Still I gave him a cigar for his birthday. He, just like me, likes the smell of tabacco. He hates the smoke, but he seems to put that cigar almost up his nose. Not burning, of course.

 

About the smell of bacon cooking....

If *I* am cooking it for me to eat, then it is one of my favourite smells.

If someone else is cooking it an i'm not going to taste it, then it's one of my hated smells, and whoever is cooking it is one of my hated people.

 

@MoN: My friend had some vainilla pipe tobaco. A really nice smell. Sometimes, but rarely, I don't frown on it smelling cigs... Or even like that if laden with sufficient quantities of caffeine, alcohol and adrenaline

And come on, the smell of blood isn't that bad. When you smell it and see it flowing now then you know you're a man!

I love the smell of roses. Good thing I have a friend that grows 'em.

And chalk anohter one up for hating ciggarette smoke. But oddly enough, I like the smell of straight tobacco, for about 15 seconds... then it smells nasty...

 

Like: Most food, clean stuff, most perfumes and stuff.

Dislike: The smell of my scissors after I have cut my toenails. And poop. Brother's poop.

I want to know, what Wolverine smells like.

 

I like some perfumes, camping smells, my hockey equipment (yeah thats a little wierd I know), new car, rain, this badger hand lotion stuff for the cracks that old people get in there fingers, my shampoo, my pillows, and my Deville shirt.

I hate, fish, broccoli, my pain killers for my knee (they smell, but make me feel good), my dogs breath, tobacco, coffee, burnt oil, my hometown (farmtown,cow and pig ****), condoms (when your tear the package, that rubber smell ahhh) thats about it.

 

Chevvy, if you are mocking me, quit it.

And please, I have a vivd imagination. Blood flowing images do nothing for morale, well, depends really. But nm.

Woody... too much info...

And i don't like the smell of fish food either.

 

Liking:
The smell thats in the air when winter turns to spring, rain and thunder, clay (my mom makes ceramics in the cellar), our cellar, grass, candles, fire, the smell of our garage (petrol, grass and earth/clay. It smells so dry...), lily of the valley (?), paper and old books, wood, garlic and more.

I dislike the smell of food. And the we have coke, my breathe when I have a cold, nailpolish remover, Lisa's hair, sweat, burned plastic things, burned hairstraws, vinegar (I throw up literally), paprika in pastasauces, broccoli, hospitals, some toilets and more, of course.

[EDIT:I forgot my pillow. I love the smell of my pillow. And my room, and that soap...]

 

+ Fresh earth
+ After-the-rain scent
+ Very, very expensive perfume. (Did you know, that 95% of all perfumes are made of same indegridients? Only the mix ratio is a bit different)

- Tobac smoke.
- Sweat. Seriously, this is the worst smell I know.

 

@Virne: simply unwashed bodies beat any sweating ones.

@8people: that was true, but OK, I realise people normally dislike blood

 

Tobacco smells like raisins to me....at least, Golden virginia does.

 

I LOVE the smell of a newly showered girl, it smells delicous...
