From what I know of most women, they say size doesn't matter. But they sure love when you can hit that G-spot

Size does matter.

Let's say that if you were a small sized creature, your unarmed attack damage would be 1d2. A medium sized creature gets a 1d3 attack damage. Of course, which creature does more damage depends on its strength modifier.

Even among monks whose unarmed attacks count as armed attacks, size matters still. At level 20, a small creature does 2d6 unarmed damage whilst a medium creature does 1d20. At this stage, the strength modifier will have to be very high to make any significant comparison between the two.

Of course, large and giant creatures do even more damage. My advice? Carry a sword.
