[IMG] I am playing a Ftr7/Wiz8 right at the moment. Without spells, but wearing STR enhancing magic items I currently have, my attacks are +16/+11/+6. But sometimes the character sheet will show it as +11/+6/+1. Has anyone noticed this before? And if so, are those the values being used by the game or are the real ones being used? When this has happened to me, I haven't really noticed a difference. But then again other than the Huge Fire Elementals, I don't worry about going up against anything one on one.

    So um...help?

The attacks listed on the character sheet are not always correct. Also, they depend on the weapon that you have ready as well. If you sometimes have a weapon with a +5 attack bonus equipped and sometimes do not, that would explain the discrepancy.

The best way to examine what is actually being used is to pause the game during combat and look at the attack rolls that are made for you. Each one shows the value rolled + the attack bonus. After a round of attacks, you should be able to see all of your attack bonuses.

I played throught the OC with a monk who ended up with 4 attacks / round (lvl 17: just missed 5 by one lvl!), 5 when using flurry of blows/hasted, 6 when using flurry of blows while hasted. IIRC, I think that the attacks listed on the character sheet did correctly reflect the -2 to all attacks while using flurry, but never reflected the extra attack from flurry or haste.

I have the same problem with my computer, it seems to happen after you reload a saved game after dying. If you aren't in a fight just recalculate you'r scores.

The same happens with my game. But it's mostly shown correct after you leveled up.

I started to ignore the character sheet and only care about the attack-rolls on the bottom on the screen.

[IMG] I have the same problem, but found that if you exit to the main menu, then reload the attack bonus is shown correctly. Still a bit of a pain.
