[IMG] My character is a Fighter/Mage/Thief and carries a Composite Longbow in one weapon slot and a Rapier in the other,a Longsword on his back and two Daggers (One throwing and the other stabbing) (hilt down) on both of his upper arms and one in each boot.

The Longsword is on his back, the Rapier and Daggers all sheathed, and his Longbow on his left shoulder.

    If he is attacked:

As he will have to take a round to ready his weapons, can he draw a dagger or two for half his round and have a half strength attack with each for the rest of the round.

I am quite confused as I could not see that sort of thing covered in any of the core rule books.

Assuming we are talking third edition here and you meant rogue, not thief:

If he doesn't have the Quick Draw feat, he can either draw two weapons and do nothing more or draw one weapon and attack with it.

If he has Quick Draw feat, he can draw two weapons and do a full attack.

    Yes... All weapons.

A minor correction though, thanks to Cullain (kind of):
You can draw two weapons in one round, and throw one.
