Van Canto are perhaps the weirdest band I've ever listened to. They consist of one drummer, two lead singers and three singers who imitate the sound of the other instruments, no guitars, no bass, no keyboards, just human voices. The result is surprisingly good. Listen to their covers on "Stormbringer" (Deep Purple), "Kings of metal" (Manowar), "Fear of the dark" (Iron Maiden) and "Master of puppets" (Metallica).

Just listening to Iron Maiden - Moonchild
Nice song, but I always can't help but wonder how one does infiltrate gratitude ... [IMG]

"The shore will arise" by Stygian Shore. Interesting trivia about this band. The bass player lost his right hand in a train accident and now he is playing with a hook.

Herbie Hancock - Cantaloupe Island. (With Freddie Hubbard, Joe Henderson, Ron Carter and Tony Williams) Hahhh Hahhh Haahhhh!

Freddie Hubbard - Red Clay :kneel:

Agreed! There's a DJ here in town who sometimes asks me for some nice suggestions. This is one of them, along with Deee-Light's "Groove is in the heart", US3's "Cantaloop", King Bee's "Back by dope demand" etc.

It's hard for me not to get misty-eyed now, while listening to this song. I'm such an emotional tart at the moment!
I wonder what the white woman at the end would like to say to that.
