Why would they be banned/illeagal?

Yeah...the MBP has been moving waaaaay too slow. There's just not enough people in the Sensorium for it compete with the RBP... :rolling:

You people really need to explain yourself better or use less jargon. I can't answer your question about 'tablature' because I don't know what a 'tablature' is. Is it some new kind of hip hop or something?

WTF? Are you coming out of the stone age or what?!? A tablature is simply sheets of music! Geez, Harbourcaveboy indeed.

I have never heard of that word before. I thought it must be something new. How can sheets of music be outlawed? How would orchestras be able to play anything without them?

No, I mean online. THey want to outlaw online tablature, because it doesn't give money to the band. They want you to go out and buy the tabbook (which is written by the band). But, they forget that we aren't stealing their music, it is our own interpretation of the music. Most of it is wrong anyways.

As an aside, notation/tablature books are very rarely transcribed by the bands themselves.

I'm not really surprised some people want online tabs to be illegal. But I don't agree with it. It's the same as telling you you can't teach a song you know to a fellow player.

Cheesy 80s pop music warms my weaselly black heart; especially Paula Abdul & Madonna.

Hmm, I thought the band actually wrote their own tab, considering that they know it the best.

Powertabs are amazing... except for the fact that you can't slow them down.

Daie: Reckoning Night. I think it can also be found on the "Don't say a word" single :o

Just played the solo guitar of Sentenced's 'Noose' on tape. Planning to play the rest of the instruments later, not to mention the singing. <:

Right now I gotta learn to sing Deep Purple's 'Black Night' for this monday. -.-

The reason #1 Why Ara Should Not Listen To Nightwish: she sings along, and gets a sore throat.

Larry, for what reason? Are you in a band, or performing by yourself, or....?

Well, I play guitar in one band (and temporarily sing at the same time) and just sing in another. :D I'm planning a solo project, but recording any drums and bass is a difficulty since I don't own those instruments.

What type of music, and do you write original stuff (just checking... some bands are just cover bands)?

Worry not, fair Arabwel, I shall sing for thee.

Wake up, mow the weeds. You'd be nothing without me. Take my life, if you have the heart to die!

What? You're not in that mood? Meh.

My head hurts from having to listen to some crap from Bryan Adams. The guy sounds like a cheap rip off of crappy Bon Jovi...and for some reason, my fiance likes him. :bang:

This sucks...a co-worker of mine brought his Creative Vision M Mp3 player to work last night, intending on giving me his entire Iron Maiden collection, which includes every single song from all of their albums...but the program I use for my Zen Micro isn't compatible with his Vision M...So I wasn't able to get anything from him. :bang: :rolling:

That would take forever! He's got all the songs encoded at 192kbps, and would take less than 5 minutes to send them all to my laptop, and then on to my Zen Micro.

I've got to get crackin' on CD rippin'. :p As of right now, I only have 419 songs. And I still have over half of my CD case to rip. :rolling:

Woooahh... I have 2200 (approximately... give or take about 25 songs) songs on my iPod... how many can the Zen Micro hold?

Also, can it play video well (or at all?)
