    What's your issue with Steam?

I'll replay a game only if I think I'd approach it substantially differently from the first time. I don't think I've ever played a "pure" FPS game twice because, to me, there's not much difference between shooting an enemy with an assault rifle vs. say, a shotgun - yes, the tactics might be a bit different, but not enough so that I want to spend 10 hours doing essentially the same thing. OTOH, a game that allows different play styles (stealth vs. action, magic vs. melee, etc.) might be one that I play twice (or more).

I like replaying role playing games every 5 or 10 years. Even if I choose to play them the same way as I did in the past, I see things differently as I grow old(er), making it a unique experience.

I am content with my purchases. Always nice to just blast on without thinking with Thorclight while watching tv. Someone described my living room as a mini batcave. No room to park the car that is, and an Aygo is not really a car..... Whatever.

Almost done painting my new picket fence. It is not completely white, it has six more colours.

I went down to a coffee shop in the trendy part of town this evening and had a date with myself. I realized I like the company. I really wish I'd brought my camera. I've been doing a lot of art lately and saw a few things that would make nice images.

Indeed, therapy forced me to face all nine of my alter egos. Turns out they're a pretty cool bunch of guys.

Robin Williams: Today we're going to talk about schizophrenia.
Robin Williams (different voice): No we're not.
Robin Williams (third voice): Yes we are.
Robin Williams (original voice): Shut up! I'm talking!

Bill Murray: Roses are red, violets are blue, I'm schizophrenic, and so am I.

Schizophrenia and DID aren't even remotely the same thing, although a person with schizophrenia may, for a time, believe to be someone else. It doesn't help that the conditions are often misrepresented by comedians and popular media. Although, I find that to be the case with most mental disorders and illnesses, but especially "popular" ones like psychopathy, compulsive disorders, and the aforementioned ones.

It's sad, really. Mostly because it creates the wrong image in the public's mind, and almost everyone is perfectly content to be brainwashed by society.

I don't know what DID is (Do It Deliberately?), but everyone is brainwashed by society to some degree. They call it culture. And since humans have a herd mentality (for the most part), they will be perfectly happy believing what everyone else believes.
