You'd think that it couldn't get any hotter than Doutzen Kroes, but check these babies out:

Hmmm - a "Masters of Stop Panting". That would be weird. Unless it were renamed "Masters of No Pants". Which would be awesome. :D

Anyway, she loses 2 points of hot-ness just for having the name "Doutzen". Which puts her at 998. Out of 10. :)

Anyway #2 - only one day left in the Steam Autumn Sale. I've managed to limit my purchases so far to 4 games, for a total of $17.

Sounds interesting. I like doing research as well, but I like it if it's actually of practical use too. And too much of what I saw at university was too academical, including my thesis.

It's good you didn't start to play the Rome 2: TW, as I understand it, it was pretty buggy. Pretty buggy still, but only a few game breaking bugs left (which is an improvement).

I didn't know the third Witcher game was scheduled for release any time soon, though. Or do you plan to play for so long until it comes out? :p

That's some pretty weird stateflow models, I'll say (assuming they are stateflow models, that is).

Never knew Doutzen was a proper name, either. Learn something new everyday. Figured by the name it was some kind of weird professor, too. Unless she is, of course.

Steam sales are held to test our will saves.

    Tomb raider for 10, torchlight 2 for 5, farcry 3 for 8. Skyrim, portal2, dragons age1,....

And it is hard. real hard.

So I bought Dishonered and War for the Overworld, an indie dungeon keeper 3 clone.(still in an early beta stage)

My criteria for buying a game on Steam are that it has to be at least 75% off and less than $5. Since I'm always a couple of years behind in games, I don't need to pay more - there's no reason to pay, say, $10 for a game that's going to sit in my library for a year or more before I get around to playing it. So far this sale I've bought Torchlight 2 ($5), Sanctum 2 ($3), Max Payne 3 ($4) and Antichamber ($5), which brings the total number of unplayed games in my library up to 11.

Wow, Morgy! Those curves! Especially s7 and s4

And Flix, if you want to make an impression on her, learn the (West) Frisian language. ;)
She's on Victoria's Secrets Fashion Show, on CBS next week (Tuesday 10th), btw.

I should go to bed, but half the number of Morgoth's S's keep running circles in my mind.

I've got mind shield against steam sales due to my barbarian nerd rage over the fact that I have to go online to play single player.

GoG sales, though... I make my will save there mostly due to sheer ignorance. Like how GTA V characters don't obey the laws of physics because they know nothing of them.

My secret weapon is not having a job, I haven't got any money so I can't spend it on video games.

I think I've had a syntax overload, been studying it for the past 3 days now. Finals are next week, so soon ? Seems like yesterday the term began. Thank a hypothetical deity for coffee and those coffee grains with chocolate coating, They're delicious :yum:

Shouldn't be too difficult, the Frisians languages being the closest relative to English in the greater germanic language family.

Good idea. Although I should try to come up with an opening a little more creative than "I always though these stories were fake until it happened to me." :D

You do realise that West-Frisian is rather completely different than proper Frisian? The dialect they talk in Ost-Friesland in Germany is something completely different altogether again (though not dissimilar from another local dialect they talk in a very small region, called Oost-Stellingwarfs).

Oh! Thanks! I was told that what Dutchies and "Fryskies" call "Frisian", is called West Frysian in English...

    Are you Frisian, henkie?

Looked up the dictionaries, but no West Frysian in there, neither in the Dikke van Dale NL-EN or the Oxford English dictionary. Which doesn't mean that there isn't such a reference, but it's not that common if there is.

There's a West Germanic entry in the Oxford English dictionary, which apparently comprises the languages High and Low German, Dutch, Frisian and English.

No, I'm not Frysian, but both my parents are and they do speak frysian to us kids. And I grew up in the area in Noord-Holland that is called West-Friesland :)

Haha! That's what the conversation between me and the other person was about: I was talking about West-Friesland and he was talking about West Frisian language.
According to Wiki (which we all trust, of course :D ) the term "West Frisian" is only used outside The Netherlands.
And that's wrong. :p I'm quite sure I was in Holland when I heard the term West Frisian.

Something far more serious now: I'm somehow glad that Madiba can finally get some rest now. And it's well deserved, I think

Last Friday was our Christmas party at work, and my boss' boss showed up at said party, and she is pretty damn hot. We got pissass drunk and I woke up the following morning in her bed. Win. :D

Wow - usually you don't want to, err, fish in the company pond so to speak, but the boss's boss, well now, very . . . interesting.
