Good news, we've had several showers and more should come this evening.
Bad news, so should severe weather.
    Good news, I'm finally home.
Bad news, it's supposed to be my day off but I had to work most of it to meet a deadline.
Good news, finally got my iPod up and running.
Bad news, home computer only has dialup - takes 15 minutes to download a song.

Oh, well. At least there's babbling, and despite a brief inability to sign on Wednesday, even with dialup SP isn't all that slow.

    Dammit.
My family's coming back in six hours and I can't find a place to hide all the empty beer bottles. I'm feeling awfully much like a teenager stereotype.

EDIT: The frontpage is trying to sell me a Heidi Klum wallpaper. :nolike:

    I have a headach.

Considering I spent most of yesterday overhearing "KILLING SPREE" from 40 speakers, it's not really that superising

Wow...the new ads in right above the quick reply box have a cutscene of some lame looking game. Still...it's the most "advanced" ad I've seen in awhile.

Best part is the end: "Oriental 3D Action"

Sounds like anime porn... :skeptic: :rolling:

Just had the worst day at work yesterday, it's simplty mad. First I'm an employee of the city of Montreal, I sweep the streets to make 'em clean. It's not a perticulary entertaining job but I work with great people and the pay's good. Anyway yesterday some french dudes came (like from France) apparently they enrolled in a sort of program that allowed them to stay here in an appartment for free in exchange for work. I was paired up with the worst blattering, lazy, condescendent idiot ever. He just sat there doing nothing and looking everywhere like a fool while I did all the freakin' job. Every five minutes or so he was whining about this or that, and the worst; he couldn't stop comparing everything to France and how everything is better there. I was about to get mad when of the bosses showed up there, I obviously sated my concern that I was doing all the work while that idiot was siting on his but. So the boss told him in a very, very, almost too gentle way to stop doing nothing. The second the boss was gone he got mad and start yelling at me! How It was none of my buissiness the way he works, how it changes nothing on the streets, how stupid I was and even things I didn't understand thanks to that horrible Parisian's slang. I mean WTF? Is he retarted or what? He blames ME 'cause he has to WORK? Idiot! Today, I'm demanding another partner no freakin' way I'll pass the summer with an idiot like him, I wouldn't be surprise if he got fired before that.

I never learn. Phone numbers should be written on paper, not the back of a hand. Guess what I lost when I washed said hand?

Aldazar, welcome back, hope you can be here more.

Still very hot. Little rain from storms last night but plenty of wind. Tree branches down, etc.

Oh, well. We had about 20 minutes worth of heavy drizzle.

    Meanwhile, back to work.

Unfortunately, they picked someone else for the job. However, the manager told me that my application was interesting, and asked me if I would like him to forward my CV to other stores that are currently hiring, to which I said yes. He says he'll also contact a few people he knows.

It sucks that I didn't got it, but on the other hand, some other stores are hiring, I've already passed the interview part and I have the manager on my good side.

I REALLY hope I get a phone call that will bring good news - I need it.
