    worst weekend i've had in a while. we lost every beach football game in our division and the sand was crap and sliced my shins and knees up and then my bag gets stolen while my ipod, a good pair of board shorts and football shorts as well as my favorite pair of jeans and shoes are in it. dammit.

    @Gnarf - I dunno if they still provide the publication, but I got a 5BX book from Government Canada several eons ago that I loaned to Kuemper - that routine starts off very gradually.

    seriously, though - how old are you? The end of puberty (early 20's IIRC) can finish up with a sudden change in metabolism; do you often feel warm even when idle at the PC/TV/etc? (I do, usually a sign my body's burning off calories whether I want it to or not)

    EDIT: Oh, really? Home-made 'stuffed crust'? So when should we stop by for a neighbourly visit? :yum:
