Not been able to before. Had to pay £50 on retakes last year for one exam. ONE EXAM!!

Yesterday I may be able to claim back on because I had to leave the exam because I was in so much pain though.

 

I am thinking of heading back to school in a year or 2, I would like to take some computer courses. I am self taught all the way.

Two days off to bum around the house, sounds good, but it probably wont be.

 

It's Hump Day again. Go pat a camel.

 

Wow I actualy ate breakfast and I won't walk to college while the sun isn't up! Wow 10 AM classes rocks!

 

Hmmm...I'm going to see if I can't take this coming Saturday off. Jessica officially starts working with me the following week, and she's not allowed to have a day off for 6 months...so I figured I'd help my vacation time build up by not taking a day off along with her.

*Yawn*

Time for bed.

 

Kitrax, no, don't want to get sick - waiting for my turn in the sense of resigned fatalism.

On break in office, where the heat is working but feeble, the outside temp is 27F, and I do so hate the middle of the week. One of these days - but then there are the bills.

 

Sigh, my one co-worker is off having dinner with his cousins, my other co-worker is going to a party with an open bar and playboy models as hostesses - and I am working late and going to be bringing stuff back to the hotel to work on from there. It is amazing how I seem to end up with the lion share of responsibility for stuff, do most of our bosses work in addition to my own, and yet receive no official recognition for it.

 

I ran out of stock (MJ, that is) yesterday, and I decided that it's enough.

I realized I was once again falling back in my old habits, so it's pretty clear it would be better if I stopped that once and for all. I know I've said it before... however the last time I said that, I admit I was half-arsedly going into it... no surprise I failed.

I might not like what I'm doing, but it will be over in less than six months, so I have to make the best I can out of the experience. Looking at it from the right angle, there is something to learn from just about everything that happens in life.

So... life now begins as truly smoke-free. I'll just focus on my passions and I'll never need mind-altering stuff again.

I'm NOT stopping caffeine, though. I'm keeping at least ONE vice.

 

Do something about it then.

Believe it or not as you wish, Harbs, but I am serious this time.

My boss just opened a new branch that focuses exclusively on customizing whips and bikes, and I actually *lead* that branch, so I can let my crazy artistic side fly free, and that's exactly what I need. I've also been doing odd works of art in my spare time using my knowledge in metalworking.

I do things I love doing, and when you love what you do, you don't get jaded and need something to escape reality.

 

Like playing those video games, that corrupt our innocent children, making them killing machines!

 

How much of a market can there possibly be for customising whips? How many people even have a whip?

 

Just started a creative writing course today... its gotten my inspiration back, I think... I haven't been able to write since my girlfriend broke up with me (which is still not going well, love sucks ), but this might be just what I need to get back onto the writing streak.

 

I'm still playing Dink Smallwood games. Currently I'm playing the Stone of Balance epic module and it is way way better than the original game. Very entertaining and engrossing game.

That is correct. This is exactly the branch of the shop I now lead.

I have never heard of a car being called a whip. I can't imagine saying "I'm just going to go for a ride in my whip".
