    Something is going seriously wacky with my compy. 1/2 the time when I turn it on and get to the main screen I just have my chosen desktop and no icons whatsoever!? I don't even get a start button so I can properly shut it down to reboot. Then sometimes when I reboot I do get the icons and it works fine. I wonder if my poor little machine has a bug.

    It's time to change the blankets. I keep kicking the comforter off in the middle of the night, end up shivering and coughing in the morning and curl up under the blanky for another couple hours.

    I hate sore throats, my Doctor says it is a virus causing mine. I have had the thing for over 10 days, and a full fun of antibiotics didn't touch it.

    Oh well, its a rainy day here and I couldn't be getting to all the stuff I need to do outside anyways.

    Oh good grief - they are having an aboriginal appreciation lunch in the room next to me and they have some band named Red Spirit doing traditional chanting in the room next to where we are working. It is very distracting - and the fact that they didn't even invite us to the BBQ just adds insult to injury.

    Woo-hoo! They stopped chanting!

    Damn, they started again.

    Great, now they are giving speaches in whatever their language is.
