No, it's still working fine, but the difference in attitude (for lack of a better word) is astounding. It used to take actual effort to scroll, almost fighting me, but now I could probably spin it like a wagon wheel if I wanted.

 

School tomorrow I was hoping for a 2 day week. Oh well.

 

Well, NT4 works great, but it's on SP1 (!!!), and I need a few more drivers because not everything is detected. It's considerably less heavy than 2K, that's for sure. I'll have to thank my bro for finding this little gem.

Yeah, fiberglass is a b**ch! Back when I was working at my other job I had to remove the industrial grade, blown in fiberglass from about 100 sq feet of attic at the company...my boss said it didn't contain any fiberglass...but once we had it all cleared out, he came over and his exact words were, "Huh, I guess this sh** does have fiberglass in it. Oh well, just run cold water over your hands and arms and you'll be fine." My hands and arms itched for the longest time after that...

 

Ah, nothing like pulling an all nighter on a finals paper.

If I had been wiser I would have started earlier, but hey, there's only so much you can do with a Wis score of 6.

 

It would be very kind of my roommate to wake me up when I oversleep, and stop me being late for school. Of course, he doesn't.

Tomorrow, I shall see how long he'll sleep before I wake HIM up.

Just had lesson in which I watched Bladerunner and ET. Bladerunner was awesome, and it was the original rather than the directors cut, so we got the really bad voice over from Harrison Ford

ET was just creepy...but that might just be me and my twisted mind...I find Elliot more scary than ET

And now I'm listening to Schubert's 8th again, le sigh, contentment

The sun is shining in the Garden State. Looks to be a beautiful day. After all the rain it is great. I will soon be out enjoying the sunshine. A pleasure to be alive on a day like this one.

 

What the hell is that? It's big and bright and yellow, and it hangs n the sky.

Sun? What's that? It's not native to Britain, I understand that much. Why is it here? Has it applied for a visa?

 

1 and 1/2 hours until it's time to get ready for class, only 3 pages left to go.

I had a dream where I was carrying my frozen brain in my hands, and it looked and felt a lot like a cluster of frozen shrimps. It had a lot more height than width, and I remember wondering how on earth that thing was to fit inside my head again. I was also a bit worried about whether it was a good idea to have it outside my head in the first place.
