I had a step-sister for five years. B**** and a tattle. I remember once I was doing the dishes and mumbled (as teens are wont to do), "I hate my life." My step-sister walking by hears (I don't know how), and yells at me about her life is worse. Then she goes out to the backyard to tell my step-mother, who comes in and proceeds to chew me out for a good five minutes on the same subject. As if her life was so much worse. She had my dad under her thumb from the moment they got engaged and took my dad for for everything he had; she planned it for over a year! The b**** insisted on a new car in the fourth year of the marriage, and secretly got an apartment and a whole wardrobe on my dad's dollar before she left him by moving out while he was at work. He had to fight to get even one of the cats back; a cat who positively adored my father (though I still can't fathom why). To this day I wonder what became of Brownie (step-sister named him; fat brown cat, fattening girl, you figure out why 'Brownie' :shake: ).

In sum, I'm glad I don't have a sister full-time. Five years was more than enough.

I am at work again, I have sobered up, and don't even have a trace of a hangover. I was four hours late because I had to take my 1 year old to the ER for dehydration. She is OK now, and able to take fluids without ralphing.

I have a b**** of a sister, too, the middle one. My sympathies.

YPP is sucking my gaming life away. I need to get back to RS (I have to get that $8/month of game time) and BG. BG makes me sleepy after playing for 10 minutes.

All of my sisters are fairly nice but I really don't know them well because of a large age difference and they are from my fathers side. I grew up mostly around brothers so I'm more used to a masculine point of view.

I don't like firewalls. I cannot chat at work. Have tried to get around it to no avail. I wish I were smarter.

@Ara, my cats come running when ever they here a can being opened, in hopes that it will be tuna, and then they get the juice. The funny thing is, we don't eat tuna very often.

Eh, I just wasted my entire free reading a book - a good book (Second Generation, by Margaret Weiss and Tracy Hickman), but I feel like I should have done some homework...

I am behind in history, as I missed a project and a paper, and my teacher hasn't told me what he wants me to do to make them up. If he wants me to do it this weekend, I'm screwed, because I don't have a lot of time and I have quite a few things to do. Eh.

Hey huum am I weird if I have a pretty good relationship with my older sister? She may be nine years older, but we get along pretty well.

Hehe, I have an eight years younger one. We had a good relationship before and we'll have a better one once she's done with "that age". :shake:

    Sisters rock. :shake:

And what is the use of having us insert 100 literary quotations into a database when it's obvious that we'll understand the mechanism just fine with 10? Professors..it's a strange breed.

Well I don't know about sisters, but I have a brother and it's really not bad at all. My only complaints is that he listens to that crap called rap and brings home some woman who, ah, seem to have a lot of scratches up their bedpost.

Other than that, it's cool. Blunts, munchies and videogames. :hippy: :hippy: :hippy:

Ironic that you correct typos yet make another one in saying you removed them. :hahaerr:

BTW, a typo's true name is an Ara.
