    As a matter of fact, I do...I just just don't find any joy in it. Nor do I find any joy in the messy cleanup. I do, however, find great joy in gobbling down what I have made! :yum:

    That's why I love stew made in the crock-pot so much. You just toss in meat, carrotts, potatoes, a beef boulion cube, some cooking wine, and a can or two of Cream of Mushroom Soup, leave it on for 12 or so hours, and you've got one hell of a tasty meal! :yum: :bigeyes:

    Ordering pizza is good too. :p :rolling:

    Well I am going to change my clothes and hit the course, if I nap first it might be raining, and I prefer not to play in the rain.

    I'll have to try stew your way, it sounds easy. I use the old stove top way in a biga$$ cast iron skillet, cook it down and then make my gravy/suace/soupy part. Ordering pizza is very good, we may do that tonight.

    I'm off to golf. :banana:

    I like my pressure cooker for stew - slow cooked flavor in about an hour and a half. :thumb: Also, you might want to follow a quick rule of thumb regarding "cooking wine" - if you wouldn't drink it, don't cook with it.

    It's a gorgeous day here, sunny and supposed to get to 71. If it weren't for work and seder preparations, I'd be bicycling or gardening - or maybe bicycling to garden centers...

    My shooting finished last night! Hurray! Only I was at home at 1 AM. Darn I've an exam today at 10h45. I NEED :coffee: I'm so :sleep:
